Terms and Conditions
Upon completion and return of this registration form, I confirm that I have read and accepted the terms and conditions detailed below.
Confirmation
We will confirm your participation after receiving signed registration form. The delegate will receive the invoice within 48hrs of sending the signed registration form via email.
Cancellations
Made one month prior to the start of the conference will be refunded less than 50% of administration charge or a full credit note for any future event organized by Eusacon s.r.o. Refunds will be made after the conference. Cancellations made within one month of the conference start date will receive no refund. Substitution of delegate(s) is possible at any time without any extra fees. Nevertheless, Eusacon s.r.o., would need at least 3 days prior to the event to make arrangements for the substitute(s). Nonattendance, otherwise referred as a “no show” does not signify cancellation.
Vis Major
While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised event, Eusacon s.r.o., reserves the right to change event dates, sites or locations, omit event features, or merge the event with another event as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part-refunds or alternative offers shall be made. Eusacon s.r.o., will not be held responsible for events cancelled for reasons beyond its control such as natural disasters, accidents, sabotage, trade or industrial disputes, outbreak of disease, hostilities, terrorism, etc. However, a full credit note would be given in each of these cases. In the event that Eusacon s.r.o., permanently cancels the event for any reason whatsoever, (including, but not limited to any Vis major occurrence) and provided that the event is not postponed to a later date nor is it merged with another event, the Client shall receive a full refund for the amount that the Client has paid to such permanently cancelled event.
Dispute Resolutions
All disputes arising from the present contract and/or in connection with it, shall be finally decided with the Arbitration Court attached to The Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic.
